Desktop

Desktop Supplier Risk Review

£650 + VAT

For up to 3 factories or homeworker units, this review works best when you have supplier names, addresses, production processes, recent order history and any existing audit or self-assessment material.

  • Checks include site identity, declared processes, subcontractor risk, homeworker exposure and obvious gaps in the information trail.
  • The output is a short written risk review with supplier questions, priority issues and a recommendation on whether a site audit is worth booking.
  • Delivery is within 7 working days once the required inputs are received.

Audit Day

UK Ethical Audit

£1,250 + VAT

The UK single-site ethical audit is one auditor day. Audit days on site usually start at 08:00 to catch clock-in and production briefings where the site can accommodate it.

  • Opening meeting, workplace walk-through, document review, payroll and time-record sampling, worker interviews and management closing discussion.
  • Worker interviews are held privately, without management in the room, and matched carefully against documents rather than treated as gossip.
  • The report includes findings, evidence notes, risk level, photographs where appropriate and a spreadsheet corrective action log within 5 working days.
  • Two-day complex site audit: £2,150 + VAT for sites over 120 workers, multi-shift operations or linked subcontractors.

Follow-Up

Corrective Action And Training Support

From £420 + VAT

Corrective action support is designed for findings that need repair, not theatre. It can be a remote review of evidence, a half-day site visit or a training session for small factories that have never been shown what good records look like.

  • Remote evidence review: £420 + VAT.
  • Half-day on-site follow-up within Yorkshire, Lancashire or Greater Manchester: £780 + VAT.
  • Board-summary slides can be added to an audit report for £180 + VAT.
  • UK travel is included within 35 miles of Bradford BD1. Beyond that, mileage is charged at 55p per mile or standard-class rail at cost.

Retained

Monthly Brand Support

£1,600 + VAT per month

For brands with 6-20 active suppliers, retained advice creates a monthly rhythm: supplier list review, risk calls, evidence triage, escalation notes and preparation for planned audits. Minimum term is 3 months.

  • Best for small teams without an in-house ethical trade manager.
  • Minimum engagement is one desktop review or one audit day. One-hour advice calls are only available to retained clients.
  • Europe and Turkey audit coordination starts from £1,850 + VAT plus travel and interpreter costs, quoted after scope confirmation.

Poor Fit

What We Turn Down

  • No consumer-facing certification marks or badges saying a brand is ethical.
  • No rubber-stamping a supplier that refuses worker interviews, payroll sampling or access to subcontractor records.
  • No work for brands seeking to hide the factory name from the auditor.
  • No active disputes where we would be asked to replace legal advice, union negotiation or statutory enforcement.
  • No sectors outside textiles, apparel, footwear, soft homewares and textile recycling.
  • No unannounced audits unless the client can show a contractual right of access to the site.

Where To Start

Choose The Buyer Position Closest To Yours

Brand

Start with a desktop supplier risk review if your supplier list has grown faster than your oversight. Move to a UK ethical audit when there is one site carrying the most risk, the most volume or the least visibility.

Email About A Brand Review

Factory

Start with corrective action support if a previous audit has left you with a long list and no clear sequence. Training can focus on payroll sampling, working-time records, policy gaps and how to prepare evidence without pretending problems never happened.

Agent Or Importer

Start with supplier mapping where several small sites, subcontractors or homeworker units sit behind the order. The review shows which sites need audit time and which gaps can be resolved through documentation first.
